Standard Delivery by Colissimo without signature

Le Tattva delivers all orders to the address defined by the customer through La Poste (French Post).

The expected delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days from the date of shipping, except in the case of unforeseen events.

Upon dispatch of an order, the tracking number assigned to each package is sent by email, which allows the customer to track the status of the package on the carrier’s website.

RETURN / REFUND

Purchase on our Eshop (except discounted items): A product may be returned at the client’s own expense by Colissimo with signature, to Le Tattva, within fourteen days after the receiving date. The products must be returned in their packaging and in their original condition. The client may then be fully reimbursed for the amount of the items shipped. In case of receipt of a damaged article, the customer must inform the service client via WhatsApp 0781878156 or write to Le Tattva and send a picture of the damaged product at contact@letattva.com on the same day the shipment is received

Please note for all returns kindly send us an email at contact@letattva.com  with your order number, the product you would like to return, and reason. Upon receiving a request for return the service client will share details on the return process, return shipping address, and refunds procedure.

Please note no returns will be accepted beyond 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
